Table plans are your chance to create a real ‘wow’ at your wedding. A seating plan introduces your guests to the wedding breakfast and venue. Designs are available in high quality cardstock, recycled acrylic, or wood, and there are endless possibilities to layouts, colours, and styles to make a statement piece that’s as unique and special as your wedding day..
What is a
Table Plan?
Every guest is special, but that doesn’t mean you want just anyone sitting next to you for your wedding breakfast. You may want to pick a specific seat for each person, or just guide them to a certain table or space. Your table plan is like a map of your venue, laying out those tables and showing each guest where they’ll be sitting to eat. It can tie people to numbers, names or even pictures co-ordinating with signs on the tables, where you can add individual place cards for each seat or allow your guests to choose a spot for themselves.

Included in the design process for wooden and acrylic signs will be a digital proof sent to you in advance, providing the opportunity to perfect any last-minute details.

What are Escort Cards?
A table plan lists all the guests on one card or space for each table, guiding them to where they should be sitting. Escort cards are individual cards with each guest’s name written separately alongside a table number or name, which they typically take to their table. This quickly shows you and venue staff anyone you may be waiting for. You can also create a fixed table plan using escort cards to create a show stopping signature piece for your entryway.
