TIMELINE OF WORKING TOGETHER

Here is a guide to how the weeks leading up to your wedding will look from concept to creation of your wedding signage and stationery:

AT LEAST 12 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

We have a no-obligation call to chat about how I can help you with your calligraphy details, any ideas you already have etc.  I will send you a proposal following this call containing a summary of our chat plus a quote for the details we discussed.  A deposit is payable if you would like to go ahead.

10 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

We have another call to discuss the finer details such as colours, sizes and materials

9 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

I will send  you a form to complete with your wording choices for any signage plus a 'Stationery and Signage Guide' to help you.

7 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

I will need your final guest list and wording choices for your signs

​

6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

I create your proofs for any signs you would like

​

5 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

After sending you your proofs, they will need to be approved by yourselves before I start writing

4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

Final payment is due.  I start writing your signs and stationery for your big day

​

2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

Everything is finished and ready to collect from me in Attleborough, Norfolk (I can post to anywhere in the UK too)
