FAQ'S
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Unless you are contacting me very last minute, a deposit is payable to reserve space in my diary to handwrite your stationery and signage.

When is final payment due?
Usually 4 weeks before your wedding date or before I start writing, whichever one is first.

Do you have colour samples?
Yes I can send you any colour swatches that can help decide on the correct shade to use or a colour to compliment any decorations you already have.
Can you change the font?
I do not use any computer generated fonts, everything is handwritten using my signature calligraphy style and block caps. This means that your signs are totally unique and nothing is ‘off the peg’.
What are the delivery options?
You are very welcome to collect from me in Attleborough, Norfolk or I can post anywhere in the UK. It may also be an option for me to delivery to your venue.
Do I keep the signs after my wedding?
Yes, everything is yours to keep as a beautiful reminder of your day. I will very gladly take anything back instead of it going to landfill as I can reuse the wood in styled shoots or for mock up signs for wedding fairs.
What do I do about last minute guest changes?
This is very normal and I am used to last minute changes. I can easily write extra place cards and usually I can amend table plans too although this depends on your material choice.

What is on the back of signs?
I paint the back the same as the front so everything is neat and tidy.
