In order to create the perfect collection of signs for your wedding day I do not have set packages. Every wedding is completely unique and the venue requirements are different. I can help guide you through the right calligraphy details to enhance your wedding day.
Yes absolutely. I understand that colours can look very different on a screen and so am very happy to send you colour samples and suggest complimentary options.
For invitations and save the date cards get in touch as soon as you have your wedding date and venue booked. Usually this is around 18 months before your big day but don't worry if you have a tighter timeline.
For on the day stationery and signage I recommend 6 months in advance to get your date secured in my diary.
The sooner you enquire, the more time we have to bring your ideas to life.
Yes. For any collection I ask for a £100 deposit which secures your date in my diary. I only take on a certain number of weddings each month to allow me to fully focus on your calligraphy details. This is deducted from your final total.
Everything I create features my signature calligraphy style. You cannot find this style anywhere else making your stationery completely unique and exclusive to Clare Warren Calligraphy.
You are very welcome to collect everything from my home in Attleborough, Norfolk. Alternatively, invitations are send via recorded delivery or a courier. Signage is again sent this way or I can delivery directly to your venue.
For table plans and place cards I will need your finalised guest list 6 weeks before your wedding day. As part of working with me, I create a detailed timeline for you which highlights all of the dates I will need any information by.
Yes, everything is yours to keep as a keepsake of your wedding day.
I paint the back of each sign to match the colour or pattern on the front.
No I don't post the invitations/save the date cards for you. You may be choosing to hand deliver some or perhaps you have friends and family abroad needing different postage. Therefore, it is your responsibility to post them.
Yes absolutely. Envelopes come with all invitations or save the date cards.
Other than the calligraphy, everything else is customisable. This includes colours, materials, ink colour and additional embellishments such as ribbon and wax seals.
Yes absolutely. I send digital proofs of everything before being sent to print or before I starting hand writing the smaller details. This means you can visually see how everything will come together plus make any amendments until all is perfect.
Yes this is possible, however one-off printing costs are more expensive. I will guide you through any extras you may need in our initial conversation to cover additional guests, lost invites or keepsakes.
Don't worry, I am very used to this happening. As I handwrite the on-the-day details, I do not have to rely on printing processes. I can write any last additions very last minute.
YEs. While I'm based in Norfolk, I work with couples across the UK. Stationery can be delivered safely by courier.
