CALLIGRAPHY WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

I'm so excited to have you join my Beginner's Calligraphy Workshop. To make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a wonderful experience, please take a moment to read through these simple guidelines. By booking your space, you agree to my terms and conditions.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Your spot is secured once payment is received.
Payments are non-refundable unless the Workshop is cancelled by me (see “Cancellations” below).
Please make sure to book in advance—spaces are limited!

ON THE DAY

Please arrive a little early so we can start on time.
All materials you’ll need will be provided.
You’re responsible for your own belongings—I can’t be held responsible for anything lost or damaged.

HEALTH & SAFETY

The workshops involve ink, nibs, and sometimes a little mess—please wear clothing you don’t mind getting inky. I will not be liable for any damage to clothing.
If you have any allergies, health conditions, or special needs, let me know ahead of time so I can do my best to accommodate.
Please follow any instructions given by myself or venue staff.

RESPECT & ENJOYMENT

I want this to be a fun, creative, and supportive space. Please treat myself and fellow participants with kindness and respect.
Anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe way may be asked to leave.

CANCELLATIONS

If you can’t make it, let me know at least 7 days of your workshop date for a full refund. Unfortunately, I can’t offer refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
If I ever need to cancel the Workshop, you’ll receive a full refund of your booking fee (but I can’t cover travel or accommodation costs).

PHOTOS & MEDIA

I may take a few photos or short videos during the workshop for my website or social media.
If you’d prefer not to appear in any images, just let me know on the day and I’ll respect your wishes.
