Terms & Conditions – Wedding Stationery & Signage

Thank you for choosing Clare Warren Calligraphy to be part of your wedding day! I want to make the process as smooth, joyful, and stress-free as possible. These terms are here to set clear expectations and protect both you and me. By paying your deposit, you’re agreeing to the terms below.

 

Orders & Design Process

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and for me to begin the designing process, with the balance due before printing starts.

  • I’ll provide digital proofs before sending items to print. Please check all details carefully (names, dates, spelling, etc.).  I can’t take responsibility for errors that were approved.

  • Minor edits are included in the design process. Significant changes or multiple rounds of revisions may incur additional fees.

 

Timelines

  • I’ll always give you an estimated timeline for design, printing, and delivery.

  • To keep everything on schedule, please provide wording, guest lists, or other information by the deadlines I share. Late submissions may delay delivery.

  • If you have a rush order, let me know—extra fees may apply depending on turnaround times.

 

Printing & Materials

  • Please note that colours can appear slightly different on screen compared to the final printed product.

  • Handmade or handwritten items may have small variations—this is part of their charm and uniqueness.

  • Once items are approved and printed, I cannot make changes.

 

Invitations

  • All invitation suites will be carefully assembled by hand to ensure each piece is beautifully presented and ready for posting.

  • Once your completed suites leave my studio, responsibility for postage, delivery, and handling transfers to you. I am not liable for any delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit or through postal or courier services.

 

Delivery & Collection

  • Stationery and signage can be collected from my home in Attleborough, Norfolk or shipped via courier. Shipping costs will be added to your order total.  

  • I carefully package everything and I am not responsible for any damage or delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  • I am happy to liaise with your planner, coordinator or venue to arrange delivery.

 

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated from the moment you book.

  • If you need to cancel after work has begun, any completed design or print costs will still be due.

  • If, for any reason, I are unable to fulfill your order, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made.

 

Photography & Portfolio

  • I may photograph your stationery and signage for my portfolio, website, or social media.

  • I will never share personal details (like addresses or phone numbers). If you’d prefer I didn’t share images of your items, just let me know.

 

Liability

  • I take great care in everything we I create. However, I cannot accept liability for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you, courier delays, or changes made after proof approval.

  • You agree to the health and safety information sent out with any signage.

  • My maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
